3RD RELEASE ~ SINGLE MALT ~ Barrel Aged at Sea

We are proud and excited to bring our 3rd Release to market. We took the decision to delay bottling of the 3rd release due to the unusually warm start to the Summer and higher than normal sea temperature, which will increase the activation rate of the cask through this year’s cycle (heating through to cooling). This year will mark the liqour’s 5th Summer hunkering down in the Dolphin’s hold. Our 2nd Release, which had 4 years on board, presented a wonderful example of how the process of ageing at sea advances the maturation process of whiskey.
